Overall November net tax receipts are just slightly above forecast, while state net tax receipts year to date are up 3-percent.

The latest monthly state tax revenue is up one percent over forecast. Tax Commissioner Doug Ewald says it results from a mixture of net tax receipts.

Ewald says net November receipts were $315 million dollars. Individual income tax receipts were down; while corporate, miscellaneous and sales-and-use net receipts were all higher than expected.
